DreamGuild values / Inclusion & belonging

Different minds. Shared possibility.

We want DreamGuild’s work and working relationships to welcome different perspectives, backgrounds and ways of thinking.

What this means in practice.

01

Look beyond assumptions.

Ask whose needs a brief represents, whose perspective is missing and where familiar defaults could exclude someone.

02

Make collaboration respectful.

Use clear feedback, discuss access needs and give contributors room to explain their choices. Disagreement should help improve the work without diminishing people.

03

Represent people thoughtfully.

Consider context, language, imagery and permissions. Avoid treating a person or community as a shorthand for a stereotype.

Our current position

A direction for a growing studio.

These principles describe the culture we intend to build. We are not presenting workforce statistics or claiming a formal diversity program.
