Scope and price

Each product states its deliverables, limits, required inputs, and one-time USD price. Additional work is quoted separately and requires agreement. Buying a focused review does not enroll you in recurring billing.

Starting the work

Delivery timing begins when the complete brief and materials are received and scope is confirmed. If the requested work falls outside the product scope, we will resolve the scope or cancel before beginning.

Cancellation

Before work begins, you may request cancellation and a full refund. After work begins, cancellation is assessed against the work already delivered and any applicable consumer rights. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate remedy, including refund of undelivered work. Mandatory rights are not excluded.

Reviews

Each focused review includes one round of factual corrections or clarification requested within 7 days of delivery. New concepts, implementation, and additional pages or assets are outside that scope.

Your materials

You must have permission to provide the materials we need. Avoid sharing passwords through forms. Any necessary account access should use an appropriate invitation and minimum permissions.

Ownership

Final paid deliverables are supplied for your business use. Third-party fonts, photography, software, and pre-existing tools retain their licenses. Custom project ownership terms are defined in the proposal.

Support

Use the contact form with your order reference for questions or cancellation. Final fulfillment capacity, legal entity, tax treatment, and policy review are required before live checkout is enabled.

Booking requests and confirmed appointments

A service request is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment or agreement to pay. We confirm availability, scope, fees and any preparation before a booking becomes final. An order records your selected service; its payment status and the project stage are separate.

Accounts and project access

An account is required to check out. Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in secure. Your workspace shows your service requests, project stages and links to your orders. Do not share account access or submit passwords, payment card numbers or confidential client files through a project brief.

Project agreements and scope changes

For work requiring a separate agreement, we identify the contracting party, deliverables, exclusions, client inputs, milestones, fees, revision limits, intellectual property and cancellation terms before work starts. Account registration, a booking request, payment or a progress label is not a substitute for signing that agreement. Additional work requires an agreed change in scope, price and timing.

Delivery, approvals and dependencies

Delivery targets depend on complete materials, access and timely feedback. We communicate changes when a dependency delays the work. Outcomes such as sales, rankings or audience growth are not guaranteed. Third-party printing, hosting, software and licensed assets are included only where the written scope says so.

Policy version and order review

Updated October 27, 2026. Review the selected package, quantity, scope, exclusions and total before placing an order. Focused reviews are one-time services. Recurring support requires a separate written proposal with price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms; no recurring charge is authorized by a focused-review purchase.

Cancellation and refunds in practice

Send a cancellation request through the contact page with your order reference; do not include card details. Before work starts, the full-refund policy above applies. If work has started, we will explain the completed work and proposed remedy rather than apply an undisclosed fee. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights take priority. Agreement to these policies does not itself request early performance during a statutory withdrawal period or waive any such right. Any required early-start process must be agreed separately before work begins.

Deliverables and licensed materials

The written scope should identify final files, editable/source files where included, permitted uses and any ownership transfer. Payment does not automatically transfer ownership of pre-existing tools, fonts, stock assets or third-party software. Required licenses and any separately priced assets should be identified before purchase or approval of additional work.

Optional print production

Digital work is the primary offer. Print design and physical production are separate unless expressly included. Before a print order, agree supplier responsibility, proof approval, quantity, materials, color tolerances, shipping, taxes and any production charges. No print order or nonrecoverable supplier cost is authorized by a general service inquiry.

Availability

Online payment is currently unavailable. Contact us to confirm service availability and discuss a written proposal.
