DreamGuild™
Before you redesign anything.
FORGE notes · Brand & experience · October 26, 2026
1. Who needs this to become easier?
Name the audience and the decision they are trying to make. A site serving everyone equally often helps no one particularly well.
2. What is the real friction?
Unclear positioning, missing information, slow pages, and confusing navigation are different problems. Identify the problem before choosing a visual solution.
3. What can you prove?
Gather examples, relevant work, product details, and verified outcomes. Specific evidence usually does more work than a larger promise.
4. What should happen next?
Make the main next step clear. Give people enough information to choose it confidently, including scope, price where practical, and what happens afterward.
5. Who will keep it useful?
Plan the editing workflow, content ownership, measurement, and maintenance. A website is a business tool that needs care after launch.
