The challenge
A hospitality website serves multiple journeys: booking a table, exploring a private event, finding a menu, or making a call. Each needs a meaningful signal.
The work
The documented implementation connected hero reservation clicks, reservation navigation, event navigation, the private-event call to action, and phone clicks to the existing tracking infrastructure.
The result
The March 2026 report records preview validation and production publication. It separates high-intent actions from general navigation so reporting can focus on useful behavior.
What we do not infer
A reservation-button click is an intent signal. It is not a confirmed reservation. No revenue increase or conversion-rate lift is claimed from this implementation report.
The takeaway
A measurement system should make the customer journey easier to understand without overstating what the data proves.
