FORGE Validation

Evaluate concepts, experiences and pricing before committing to a launch or substantial redesign.

Choose the depth that fits the decision.

Focused study: one defined question, audience and decision.

Connected research: combine market, competitor and customer evidence around a larger brief.

Tracking program: repeat agreed measures to follow change over time. Frequency, sample, fees and cancellation are defined in a separate agreement.

Agree the scope before the work.

The proposal defines the research question, audience, geography, methods, sample, recruitment, incentives, analysis, deliverables, timing and fees. Fieldwork starts only after feasibility and the study plan are agreed.

Participant information, recording permissions, data access, retention and reporting boundaries are agreed before collection. Use only authorized data; do not send participant lists or sensitive records through the general inquiry form.

Findings are limited by the sources, methods and sample. Forecasts are scenarios, not guarantees; no guaranteed revenue, sample availability or statistical accuracy is implied.

Make the findings useful.

Research can inform positioning, content, websites and launch planning. Implementation is a separate scope unless your proposal includes it.
