Meet the co-founders
Roland Velazquez
Co-Founder, Director of Digital Strategy
Roland connects creative direction, brand design and web development with the practical decisions that shape a digital experience. As DreamGuild’s Co-Founder and Director of Digital Strategy, he brings that work together across the studio and FORGE™.
His creative background also includes music. Performing as Roly Velazquez, he was the vocalist of Miami metal band AVAT. A 2020 Revolver feature explored his Cuban family roots, musical upbringing and determination to build a creative career. In a separate interview that year, he spoke about his interest in advertising, branding and design.
Today, DreamGuild brings those creative disciplines into one practice: developing original worlds and helping businesses turn their ideas into clear, useful brand and digital experiences.
Gian Golia
Co-Founder, Director of Narrative Design
Gian is a brand storyteller and narrative designer whose background spans copywriting, digital campaigns and creative-team leadership. As DreamGuild’s Co-Founder and Director of Narrative Design, he brings that experience to the stories behind the studio’s original worlds.
His professional work has included leading a web development and copywriting team, developing campaign messaging, and connecting creative work with brand strategy. Working in English and Spanish, he has created bilingual content and helped teams communicate across disciplines and markets.
Gian has also completed training in video game writing and game design with Unreal Engine 5. His background in language, storytelling and digital production connects the craft of writing with the experiences people play and explore.
