DreamGuild™
Website terms
Terms for using the DreamGuild website. Updated October 27, 2026.
About DreamGuild and FORGE
DREAM GUILD STUDIOS LLC operates this website under the DreamGuild name. FORGE™ is its division.
Website content
Studio content describes current plans, not a guarantee of release dates or future product features. Our first game targets 2027; development plans may change.
Services
Service purchases are governed by the product description, agreed scope, and service policy. Custom projects and ongoing partnerships require written scope and commercial terms before work begins.
Intellectual property
DreamGuild brand materials and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Client names and project references identify the work discussed and do not imply endorsement. Third-party assets retain their own license terms.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful material. Contact us if you encounter a problem.
Questions
Use the contact page for website or service questions.
Version and related policies
Updated October 27, 2026. Read these terms with the Privacy notice and, for purchases, the Service & cancellation policy. The privacy notice explains information handling; it is not bundled marketing permission. Any separate signed project agreement must identify its parties and applicable scope. Account or checkout acknowledgement is not a substitute for that signature.
Accounts and authorized use
Use an email address you control. If acting for a business, you must have authority to make the relevant commitments. Keep credentials private and notify us through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized account use. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing.
Rights in materials and portfolio examples
Client and third-party materials retain their respective rights. A portfolio credit does not imply client endorsement or transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party marks are used to identify the work or tools discussed. DreamGuild and FORGE use the ™ designation; no trademark registration is asserted by that symbol.
Changes and mandatory protections
Revised policies will carry a new version/date. An updated website policy does not by itself rewrite an existing signed project agreement. Nothing here is intended to remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
