How DreamGuild handles the information you share with us. Updated October 27, 2026.
Information you share
Project and contact forms collect the details you enter, including name, email, business context, budget range, and message. Game-interest forms collect name, email, and explicit interest in updates. Please do not submit payment card details or sensitive personal information in messages.
How it is used
We use inquiries to respond, scope work, and support services. Game-interest details are kept for development communications you requested. Marketing consent is separate from service inquiries.
Storage and providers
Inquiries are stored in our database, accessible to authorized administrators. Our commerce system manages cart, account, and order records. Online payment is currently unavailable. We do not collect card details through inquiry forms.
Cookies and analytics
Essential account and commerce cookies support login, security, cart, and checkout. Optional first-party engagement measurement runs only after you select Allow measurement. It records public page IDs, section IDs, button interactions, scroll milestones and time in visible sections, linked by a temporary pseudonymous session ID. It does not record form contents, query strings, account identity, mouse coordinates or session replay. Private account and checkout pages are excluded. Advertising tracking remains off. You can decline or withdraw using Cookie settings in the footer; browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep measurement off.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from game updates using our contact form. Select privacy or accessibility support and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity. Our privacy export and erasure tools include inquiry records.
Retention
Inquiry and account records remain stored until deleted through our record-management processes. You can request deletion through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained to meet service or legal obligations. Optional engagement events are retained for up to 30 days.
Customer workspace records
Your workspace stores account-linked service requests, preferred availability, project context, progress and agreement status. Authorized administrators manage these records; customers can view their own records. Project records include a history of stage updates. Online agreement acceptance is currently unavailable.
You can request access to or deletion of your project records through our contact page. We review deletion requests against service obligations and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Business identity
DreamGuild is operated by DREAM GUILD STUDIOS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. FORGE is its division. Use our contact page for privacy questions and requests.
Cookies and saved preferences
Account and shopping-bag cookies support sign-in, security and cart functions. Accessibility choices are saved on this device and can be reset in the accessibility panel. Clearing browser data can reset preferences, sign you out or empty your bag.
Your measurement choice is retained for up to 180 days. Optional measurement uses a temporary pseudonymous session that rotates after 30 minutes between page loads or when the tab session ends. Withdrawing permission stops new collection; it does not automatically delete previously collected events. Events are retained for up to 30 days. Advertising tracking is off. Dismissed announcements remain hidden for the current tab session. Security controls use a short-lived hashed network-address counter to limit abuse.
Records of your choices
We record the notice version, purpose and time when you submit an inquiry or acknowledge account terms. These records are not marketing consent or signatures on separate project agreements. Inquiry notifications ask an administrator to sign in rather than copying your full brief into email.
Your requests
Provide only enough information for us to locate the record. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable rights, deadlines and exceptions depend on the circumstances and law. Deletion requests are reviewed against service obligations and recordkeeping requirements.
Game updates
Requesting game updates is separate from buying services or creating an account. You can withdraw your request through the contact page. Do not submit children’s personal information through general forms.
